When will my order be dispatched?
We will normally dispatch orders NEXT DAY if order is received before midnight (UK).
If you have pre-ordered a book or artwork, please check the product page for latest information.
If you have ordered a Limited Edition Box Set this will normally be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
How long will shipping take?
All book and artwork orders are sent via priority tracked courier (usually UPS, FedEx, DPD or DHL). Packages normally take 1 day to reach mainland UK addresses, 2-5 days to reach Europe and the US, and worldwide within 3-8 days. Please note that during busy seasonal periods shipping times may take slightly longer.

Will I be notified that my order has been dispatched?
Yes, our books and artworks are sent by tracked courier and you will be sent a tracking reference immediately after dispatch. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package,or you can rearrange delivery with your courier after the first delivery attempt.

Will we deliver to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately our preferred couriers will not deliver to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that your shipping address is a normal street address. Alternatively please try ordering via Amazon UK.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, we can change your shipping address if you notify us before dispatch. For existing orders please email us at [email protected]. Please note that your shipping country cannot be changed.
Can I cancel/return my order?
Yes, we are happy to cancel your order if you notify us before dispatch. Please email us at [email protected] and make sure to include your order reference or customer email address in the email. Please note that Limited Edition books have elements that are produced on demand so are treated differently. Please email us for more information.
If you wish to return your book please follow the instructions on the enclosed returns label. Please ensure that it is returned unopened in its original packaging within 14 days. Customers are responsible for ensuring that books are returned to us in the same condition that they were received in.
Can my book be signed/ autographed?
We receive many requests for books to be signed by Kirsty, or for a personal message to be included. Unfortunately we cannot offer this to customers as books are sealed at the factory for secure shipping.
Currencies
We accept payment in GBP(£), USD ($) and EUR (€). You can change the currency of your order in the Basket or Checkout. We would always recommend paying in your native currency. There are often additional costs charged by your bank or payment provider when exchanging currency.
VAT, import duties and taxes
Please note that printed books sold in the UK are zero-rated for VAT (0% VAT). Artworks sold to UK customers will have 20% VAT applied.
Orders exported from the UK to international destinations will be exempt from UK VAT, but may be subject to import duties and sales tax at the country of destination. For further information please see our VAT, import taxes and duties page.
